Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Customized products or products with personalized details are non-returnable.
  • Underwear and Socks: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on these items.

Return & Exchange Process

At LEVERAGE, returns and exchanges are simple and easy to manage through your customer account. Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Log In to Your Account: Go to the LEVERAGE website and log in to your account.
  2. Find Your Order: In your account dashboard, navigate to your order history and select the specific order you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Choose Return or Exchange: Within the order details, you will see options for Return and Tracking. Click Return to start your request and follow the prompts to specify the reason.
  4. Prepare & Ship the Item: Once your return or exchange request is approved, securely package the item with its original tags and packaging.
    • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  5. Processing & Confirmation: After receiving and inspecting the item:
    • For Returns: We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • For Exchanges: The replacement item will be shipped to you, with tracking details available in your account.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account once processed.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error (such as sending the wrong or defective item).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Pre-Order Items

Pre-ordered items follow the same return and exchange policies. However, as these items are made to order, there may be a longer processing time for exchanges. Please allow additional time for production and delivery if exchanging a pre-order item.


Important Notes

  • International Returns: For international orders, return shipping fees, customs duties, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria (e.g., worn, damaged, or without original tags) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
