  • We use M&P for all local deliveries to ensure fast and reliable shipping.

2. International Shipping:

  • Express Shipping: 7-15 business days for most international locations, depending on the destination.
  • All international orders are shipped via DHL for secure and prompt delivery.
  • Please Note: Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Worldwide Delivery:

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above a certain amount within Pakistan, subject to promotional offers.

Pre-Order Items

  • You will be notified of the estimated ship date at the time of ordering, but please note that production times may vary based on demand.

2. Shipping Timeline for Pre-Orders:

  • Once the pre-ordered item is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • The standard delivery timelines will apply once the item ships (3-5 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international orders).

3. Combined Orders (Regular & Pre-Order Items):

  • If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, we will typically ship all items once the pre-order is ready.
  • For quicker delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

4. Payment for Pre-Orders:

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to secure your item.
  • If any issues arise that prevent us from fulfilling your pre-order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Changes & Cancellations for Pre-Orders:

  • Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund if done before the item enters the shipping process.
